Acceptance of terms
By registering or using the platform, you accept these terms on behalf of your company and confirm your authority to act on its behalf.
Service description
GetFinance is a SaaS platform: CRM, projects, tasks, invoices, files and a client portal for accounting and service companies.
Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for the actions of your company's users. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
Subscription and payment
The trial period is 14 days. After that, the subscription is paid by invoice to a legal entity (bank transfer, MDL). Payment extends access for the plan period. If unpaid, access enters a grace period and is then blocked; your data is preserved.
Acceptable use
Illegal actions, attempts to bypass data isolation, excessive load, hacking or disrupting the service are prohibited.
Your data and content
The data you enter belongs to your company. We process it only to provide the service. Data export is available on request.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee fully uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of terms. After a company is deleted, data is kept for a limited time and then removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova; disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Moldova.
Changes
We may change these terms. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated version.
