We respect your privacy. This page describes what data the GetFinance platform collects, why, and how we protect it.
Data controller

What data we collect
Account data (name, email), company details (IDNO, VAT code, IBAN, address), data you enter yourself (clients, projects, invoices, files, messages), and technical data (IP address, access logs).
Purposes of processing
Providing the service, authentication, invoicing, support, ensuring security and improving the product.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract (use of the service), legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention) and your consent — for optional cookies.
Storage and security
Each company's data is isolated at the database level (multitenancy + RLS). Transmission is encrypted over TLS, access is restricted by roles, and backups are made regularly.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Only processors (hosting, email delivery) have limited access — under contract and solely to run the service.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection to processing — under Moldova's Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and GDPR principles. Send requests to [email protected].
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, language choice). There is no advertising tracking.
